rounds. is an AI-powered research digest tool that aggregates, summarizes, and personalizes medical and scientific literature from public sources including PubMed, arXiv, medRxiv, and bioRxiv. Summaries are generated using large language models and are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. AI-generated summaries may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or misinterpretations of source material. 4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and promptly update it if it changes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to provide clinical care or replace professional medical judgment
• Enter any patient-identifiable information, Protected Health Information (PHI), or other sensitive personal data into the Service. This includes patient names, medical record numbers, or any data that could identify a specific patient.
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service
• Redistribute AI-generated summaries commercially without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Intellectual Property

Original article content belongs to the respective publishers and authors. AI-generated summaries are derivative works produced by the Service. You may use summaries for personal and professional reference but may not republish them at scale without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: clinical decisions made based on AI-generated content, inaccuracies in summaries, service interruptions, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or at our discretion with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
